Results Plus

VGS has been assisting development of the Results Plus platform for Edexcel, one of the major examination boards for schools in the UK. The system allows schools and pupils to gain an in-depth understanding of their examination grades by displaying previously unseen data in a way that is easy to grasp and therefore incredibly useful. Teachers and pupils can use the system to see which grades were awarded and how the pupils performed not only by subject but by detailed skills categories via the ‘skills map’ traffic light system. This allows users to identify exact areas of the curriculum where pupils are performing well or equally, where they are underperforming and need improvement.

Gathering and displaying data by individual, class & school and allowing users to draw comparisons, provides an unprecedented insight for pupils and teachers alike.
